Our Premier tub needs to be moved. The way it was installed my husband can not access it easily..tucked in beside our toilet. I have made repeated calls and no one returns them. I even offered to pay their installer a small amount if we could get it moved. No response. It seems that since we did not finance the tub our complains can be ignored. I am having a similar experience. I am a retired engineer, should have known better, can't imagine how I could have been that *** other than being in the age group these crooks prey on. My father received high pressure sales to purchase a tub from these people. The original quote was for $18000.00. The salesman continued to pressure, lowering the cost to about $15500.00. I spent many thousands of dollars for a tub to be installed. I absolutely hate it. It takes too long to fill and if I do fill it to use the bubbles the pump is so loud you can hear it through the house. By the time it fills I'm ready to get out. waited for the call and the call never came. if that is how you do business when you haven't got a the *** will you service a customer after you get the contract. I for one am not impressed.
